Playful Petals Box

This is the box to contain the gift cards, shown in the open position. I used the Playful Petals stamp set to stamp images randomly on Very Vanilla card stock in Orchid Opulence, Pink Passion, Lovely Lilac and Certainly Celery ink.

The belly band is a strip of Pink Passion card stock. I stamped the larges flower in Orchid Opulence, the medium flower twice in Pink Passion, cut them out and layered with dimensionals.

Customer Appreciation Event, Forest Friends, Greetings Eight

I had a Customer Appreciation Event on Saturday and this is what we made. My lovely upline, Amanda showed us how to make this box, but I've adapted the measurements to fit an A4 sheet. I added six 2.5 cm x 5 cm Very Vanilla card stock which were folded in half to create little gift cards using the Forest Friends and Greetings Eight stamp sets.

Easter chocs - Garden Whimsy

This is another version from the same Garden Whimsy stamp set using the tulips, snail and ladybird images with Pretty in Pink, Pink Pssion, Old Olive and Bashful Blue markers.

Easter card - Garden Whimsy

This is my very first attempt at blogging so bear with me as I take my first tentative steps into this alien world!

There is a website I have commissioned which is still under construction but I just got tired of waiting and thought I'd have a crack at doing this myself in the interim so I can become more au fait with all this technology!

Here goes - my first uploaded projects. It's an easter card in Certainly Celery for the base. When folded it creates a little tent for the chocolate. An aperture was punched out with the Round Tab punch so you can see the chocolate bunny attached to the centre panel of the card. I stamped the butterfly from Garden Whimsy set on Whisper White card stock, attached a belly band to it and this slips round the card base to hold it together.
