Inspiring Inkin' Challenge#33 Colour Challenge

This fortnight's challenge is a Colour Challenge to use any combination of retiring colours only, add white or vanilla with the side twist of including retiring DSP as well.

The above card is what I came up with. The colours retiring here are Almost Amethyst, Barely Banana and because the DSP from Tea Party also contains these colours, at a guess, this set of DSP will probably retire too.

When you open the card, the diamond fold on top resembles a roof or canopy. I toyed with the idea of putting a picket fence with Lovely as a Tree images for the background, but white on white wasn't a good colour combo so I chose to work with Greenhouse Garden set instead. This is a two-step stamp set which is currently on offer at 20% discount from list price up to 31 August 2010 in the current catty.

Ta da! Here is a closer look of the inside of the finished card using the two-step images from Greenhouse Garden.
