Indescrible Gift

Easter is galloping towards us at the most alarming rate!  Someone stop the world so I can get off, just for a tad!  The clocks go forward an hour, so an hour's sleep lost and muggins didn't go to bed an hour early to compensate.

I thought I'd share this quick card using the Indescribable Gift Stamp set and the Work of Art Stamp set. The image was stamped in Stazon Black and I used Stampin' Write markers with a blender pen to colour with.

Just a reminder - last orders for Sale-A-Bration is 1900 hours on 31 March to allow time to process and submit the order before it's laid to bed for 2015.

Here are the supplies, hover over bottom right corner to view more details or click to take to my online store.

Hubby has gone off to archery for his Sunday shoot, weather permitting.  I have some easter cards to make - what will you be doing with your Sunday?

For Peeps' Sake meets Punch Art

Cheribear - this is for you.  Easter is round the corner and I just thought this would appeal to the youngsters! I think I pulled just about all the circle punches, oval punches in my arsenal!   The video is a little longer than usual, not just a card front but includes the inside, punch art plus a top tip for the What's Up punch.   Enjoy!

I have included this week's Weekly Deals at the end of this post as it also coincides with my video time slot.

Here's the punch chart for easy reference as promised.

Happy stampin'

Just say it with Punches

Do you hoard your Designer Series Paper?  Are they just too pretty to cut up? Do you look and stroke then put them away again?   I was guilty of this Designer Paper Syndrome for decades, yes Decades!!!!  The DSP mountain I've managed to accumulate over the years beggars belief!

How did I get over it?  I finally realised after years and years of stock piling that the papers are pretty and meant to be enjoyed!  If I stroke, drool, feast my eyes then put it away I'm really depriving myself of the joy in sharing its gorgeousness (is that a word?) with other people, who will also get pleasure from it's beauty.

One way of making this process less painful are these FREE Sale-A-Bration papers - if it didn't cost you anything, it's not so hard to cut them up!

This Petal Potpourri stamp set comes with a coordinating punch and bundled up, will save 15%.  I stamped the solid flower image in Wild Wasabi and cut out two petals for the leaves and added an epoxy dot for the flower centre to make it pop.  Sale-A-Bration products used on this card are Best Year Ever DSP and  Simply Wonderful Stamp Set.

In this portrait oriented card, I added the Gorgeous Grunge and Crazy About You stamp set and the spiral border punch and 1/2" circle punch.  FYI Big Shot owners, the Crazy About You stamp set is bundled with the Hello You thinlits Dies.

Here is the supplies list below.  Multiple pictures depict that some are available in Wood-mount, Clear-mount or Photopolymer.  Hover on the bottom right corner of each picture for more details, or click to take you directly to the item in my online store should you wish to make a purchase.

The Sale-A-Bration items are each subject to a qualifying order are itemised below:

Cheerful Critter and Easter & Weekly Deals

This week's video features a cute Easter wrapper to adorn your Easter table using the Ornate Tag Topper punch from the Spring/Summer catty.

I know some of you will miss not having the Blendabilities, but before Blendies, we used Stampin' Write Markers, aqua painters and Blender pens with awesome results.  I've used a Blender pen and our ink pads today - hope you like'em..... enjoy!

A bonus design using the Hello Peeps' stamp set.  The construction is the same except for the Whisper White cardstock for stamping on.  This was cut the same width as the label so that as much of the stamp image would show and only a tiny portion had to be trimmed off.

I used the fringe scissors to make a grassy verge on the front, and tucked the easter eggs behind it. Which do you prefer?
