I'd been given this set last birthday, but haven't had a chance to use it till now. My Mum's cousin, who I address as "Aunty" is 85 next birthday. She was always a dab hand in the kitchen, but now, sadly, she's had to take a back seat, so I thought this "chef" would cheer her up. Now that I've mounted it, I'm sure I'll use it alot more. I enjoyed colouring in the chef and creating the tartan effect on his uniform! The image was stamped on Confetti White, matted on to Ballet Blue, Pink Passion, both layers were distressed all round and adhered to a Ballet Blue card base.
This is the inside of the card. I added a strip of Pink Passion and used the Eyelet Border Punch to make the pretty edge. You can also see the back of the "stay put" ribbon detail inside the card and the framed sentiment which I stamped on Confetti White with Black Stazon ink.
