A Sympathy Card

I find Sympathy cards really difficult to do and finally had to raid my private collection to make this card which I keep on deferring. All I can say is that the sentiment "thinking of you" is from Bird on a Branch, a stamp set in the Mini which I wasn't particularly enamoured with but it is now beginning to grow on me.

I've kept it plain and simple using only two colours, Brocade Blue and Whisper White card stock. The only other colour I introduced was Old Olive which I used a Stampin' Write marker to colour the stem with on the floral image. Brocade Blue is sadly one of the retiring colours so if you like it, now is the time to stock up while stocks last! This is one of the colours which has its own Brocade Blue ribbon so it is a perfect match EVERY time!!
