It will be sad to say "good-bye" to this stamp set if it doesn't make it into our next catalogue, so I thought that I'd make a "family portrait" of Fable Friends while it's still current!
I used the masking technique which is as old as the hills, but it's a fabulous one. It's like adding another layer to make the image appear from behind. Basically I stamped all the images on the sticky part of a post-it note and cut each one out just inside the line to use as my masks. You can store these inside your stamp case for future use until it loses its stickiness. By then you may want to make new ones!

Benjamin Bunny's tam o'shanter hat was cut out freehand - and the bauble in the middle is 3 layers of flowers punched from the Bitty Blooms punch pack.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
